# SAGE Tokenomics
Tokenomics is very important for success of project and must be designed with in-depth consideration.\
We SAGE Team derived optimal factors and applied to our system below.

**SAGE operates its governance token, $DVT, through the following tokenomics:**
**SAGE D2E ($DVT) Tokenomics**
* **NODE 35%**: Allocated to node operators within the SAGE D2E community network. These operators act as the core operational entities and lead the ecosystem's governance.
* **PARTNER 20%**: Distributed to developers and teams within the SAGE D2E community network. This serves as a significant motivation to further develop and enhance the ecosystem.
* **INVESTOR 10%**: Allocated to various network partners. These partners collaborate with the SAGE network to increase the value of DVT tokens and expand the ecosystem.
* **ECOSYSTEM 20%**: Distributed to the SAGE community. Community users can earn DVT tokens through discussions, predictions, comments, etc.
* **MARKETING 10%**: Allocated for strategic activities aimed at maximizing the value of SAGE tokens, including listings on centralized exchanges, attracting additional investments, expanding to multiple chains, and global expansion.
* **RESERVE 5%**: Reserved as contingency funds for strategic operations to ensure stable community management. It is used for payroll, operational costs, etc.
**SAGE D2E ($DVT) TPASM (Token Price Adjustment Symmetric Mechanism)**
* SAGE applies a self-developed TPASM model, reflecting a token distribution and burn model based on Bitcoin's halving cycles and market RSI indicators.

* SAGE burns 30% of the tokens for each activity. However, this burn rate is flexible and adjusts based on the RSI, ensuring the healthy operation of the community token ecosystem.

* SAGE has incorporated the halving model and RSI model into its token economy as references for successful tokenomics.
